Introduction to the Medical Staff


After graduating from Daegu Kyungshin High School,

I majored in medicine at Dongguk University College of Medicine and currently serve as a full-time resident and clinical professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Samsung Medical Center

and as an adjunct professor at Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine.


As an orthopedic specialist, I focus on shoulder, sports injuries, and foot and ankle injuries,

Also I dedicate myself to the recovery of my patients every day.


Our hospital is the only one in Korea that collaborates and exchanges medical opinions

with the medical staff of HSS, Mayo, and MGH,

which are ranked as the top two orthopedic hospitals in the United States.


While Korea's orthopedic medical care has made remarkable progress,

it still lags the United States by about 5-10 years in quality.


From deciding on the type of surgery and the technique to be used,

We will discuss, think together, and make the best decision.


Our team will work to overcome and surmount each patient's pain

through collaboration with leading medical teams around the world.
