Why Sports Medicine?
A rehabilitation program designed to support the fast recovery of sports-related injuries and conditions through exercise.
Sports injuries refer to physical injuries caused by musculoskeletal abnormalities that occur during exercise.
With growing interest in physical activity, sports-related injuries have become increasingly common. Most sports injuries result from musculoskeletal imbalances, and when they occur, they can severely disrupt muscle balance and body alignment, leading to symptoms such as sprains, fractures, and dislocations.

Common Sports Injuries
Golf
Pain can occur in various areas such as the neck, lower back, shoulders, and elbows, but it is especially common
in the lower back and neck.
Tennis
Pain occurs when exercises that involve repetitive, prolonged movements of the wrist and elbow are performed frequently.
Weight Training
This often occurs when exercise is started without adequate stretching, frequently leading to tears
or damage of the internal tendons.
Baseball
When throwing a ball, the elbow and shoulder experience sudden stress, and repeated movements
of this kind can lead to pain.
